Bakery Assistant Manager

We’re looking for a strong, hands-on leader to help run a fast-paced, high-volume bakery. This role is ideal for someone with restaurant or bakery leadership experience who can lead a team, maintain quality, and keep operations running smoothly.

Schedule

• Shifts range from 6:00am–11:00pm Monday–Saturday
• Must be available for all shift times
• Closed Sundays

What You’ll Do

• Maintain a steady supply of fresh cookies throughout the day
• Help manage inventory and ingredient counts
• Oversee product quality and consistency to ensure every customer receives the same great experience
• Train new employees on procedures, standards, and daily expectations
• Step in to run shifts and lead the store when the General Manager is not present
• Monitor labor, team communication, and daily store performance
• Track reports and use store metrics to improve operations

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3+ years of restaurant, bakery, or quick service leadership experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to lead in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Background check required
