Key Responsibilities:
• Sell international and domestic cruise packages.
• Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into bookings.
• Prepare quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated on cruise products, destinations, and promotions.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in cruise sales or travel sales.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of cruise products and destinations is preferred.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
