About the role

As a Senior Data Integration Engineer at Crowe, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions that support the firm's business objectives. In this role, you will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand their data integration needs and translate them into technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable data integration solutions using tools and technologies such as Informatica, Azure Data Factory, Apache Spark, etc. - Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand data requirements, define integration workflows, and document technical specifications - Implement and deploy data integration pipelines, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance - Automate data transformation and integration processes to improve efficiency and reliability - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members - Continuously improve integration processes and technologies to meet evolving business needs Required Skills and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in data integration, ETL, or data engineering - Proficient in one or more data integration tools such as Informatica, Azure Data Factory, Apache Spark, etc. - Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration patterns - Expertise in SQL, Python, or other programming languages - Experience with cloud-based data integration platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) - Familiarity with agile software development methodologies - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
