Data Analytics Business Strategist

The Data Analytics Business Strategist will work with the Data Analytics team to help drive data-driven strategic decision making for Crowe clients. This role will focus on identifying and translating business requirements into analytical solutions, developing data and analytics strategies, and delivering impactful insights that drive organizational transformation. Responsibilities: - Partner with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into data and analytics requirements - Develop data and analytics strategies and roadmaps to enable clients' business objectives - Provide guidance and oversight to the data analytics team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, insightful analytics - Drive the adoption of data-driven decision making within client organizations - Identify and communicate insights that lead to actionable business outcomes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., data engineering, data science, business intelligence) to deliver comprehensive solutions Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, mathematics, or a related discipline - 5+ years of experience in a data analytics, strategy, or consulting role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights - Experience in developing data and analytics strategies and roadmaps - Proficiency in data visualization and presenting insights to diverse stakeholders - Understanding of data management, data engineering, and business intelligence concepts - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Familiarity with data analysis tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau)
