The Talent Business Advisor Assistant Director (TBA) plays a pivotal role in empowering that belief by serving as a strategic talent partner to business leadership. Positioned within the Talent Solutions team, this role is responsible for shaping, executing, and continuously evolving people strategies that drive business outcomes and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture. As a TBA Assistant Director, you will support a designated business unit (such as Audit or Consulting or Tax) by delivering forward-thinking, data-informed talent strategies. You will collaborate closely with firm leadership and cross-functional partners to align people initiatives with the firm's strategy, values, and operational goals. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic talent advisor to business unit leadership, influencing decisions through data, insights, and a deep understanding of business strategy and talent trends. Design and implement talent strategies and solutions that align with the business unit's goals and Crowe's overall talent philosophy. Provide leadership and guidance to team members executing day-to-day HR activities, ensuring consistent and effective implementation of talent programs. Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders (including Finance, Firm Risk Management - FRM, and Talent Centers of Excellence) to ensure alignment and integration of talent initiatives. Leverage data analytics and talent metrics to identify trends, assess risks, and recommend proactive solutions that enhance performance, retention, and engagement. Drive continuous improvement across core talent processes such as performance management, learning and development, career growth, rewards and recognition, team dynamics, onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations. Act as a culture ambassador by embedding Crowe's values (including The Crowe Way and our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion) into all talent strategies and business practices. Coach and develop Talent Solutions team members to strengthen talent capabilities across the function. Partner closely with the Talent Business Leader and other senior leaders across Talent, Business, and Operations to provide thought leadership, challenge assumptions, and help shape a future-ready workforce. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred. 10+ years of progressive HR or talent management experience. Proven experience leading cross-functional talent initiatives in a dynamic, matrixed organization. Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate strategic goals into people priorities.
