Senior QA Automation Engineer – WebdriverIO & Agile- W2 Candidates Only

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both automated and manual testing with expertise in scripting, test execution, and test case management. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of mission-critical applications by developing and maintaining robust automated testing frameworks and supporting UAT and production deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using WebdriverIO or similar tools.
• Execute manual and automated test cases and track results to ensure software quality.
• Create and manage detailed test scenarios, test execution plans, and test documentation.
• Define and implement automated test schedules and generate reports on test case execution.
• Use JIRA to log and track defects; support test lifecycle across development, UAT, and production.
• Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices and ensure test coverage.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum teams to support test planning and continuous delivery.
• Lead UAT testing activities and provide on-call support as needed.
