Games Prompt Generation and Annotation Specialist (English)

Join the CrowdGen team as an Independent Contractor for Project Aristotle Games. We are seeking Games experts to create complex, skill-based gaming prompts and evaluate AI responses for accuracy in game mechanics, strategy, and design. This role focuses on designing gaming challenges that push advanced AI models, ensuring they require critical thinking and mastery of various game genres and systems. Key Responsibilities: - Game-Focused Prompt Generation: Develop intricate gaming scenarios or problems that combine multiple elements (e.g., game mechanics and strategy) to challenge advanced AI models like GPT-40. - AI Response Evaluation: Review AI-generated gaming solutions or strategies, identifying errors in mechanics, logic, or gameplay reasoning. - Skill Integration: Ensure each prompt meaningfully incorporates complex game mechanics or systems, requiring the AI to apply these elements in creative and non-trivial ways. - Model Refinement: Provide detailed feedback on AI performance, contributing to its improvement in understanding game mechanics, strategy, and player behavior. Qualifications: - Currently recruiting those residing in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United States and United Kingdom - Native-level fluency in English. - Strong background in gaming, ideally with experience in game design, development, or competitive play across various genres (e.g., strategy games, RPGs, MMOs). - Deep understanding of game mechanics, balancing, and strategy formulation. - Ability to spot and explain errors in AI-generated gaming strategies or mechanics. - Familiarity with AI/ML models and their limitations in gaming contexts is a plus. This is a project-based role with CrowdGen, where you will join the community as an Independent Contractor.
