About the role

Leveraging a skillset that includes strategic marketing, analytics, and customer experience, you will be part of a large, close-knit team to provide industry leading customer success for critical growth initiatives and key partnerships. You will be responsible for troubleshooting individual customer problems, managing customer escalations, and managing a team of Customer Support Agents. Candidates should be hands-on, energetic and looking to help their customers build and maintain profitable partnerships.
