About the role
The Crossing provides a state accredited academic education by maintaining a balance of certified teachers and professionals from a variety of backgrounds. Qualifications
- 1-2 years HR experience preferred
- Payroll experience preferred
- 3-4 years administrative experience required
- Google Suite proficiency required
- Highly Organized, detail oriented and efficient

Responsibilities
- Prepare, process, update and maintain employment records related to hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions, and other HR documents by using HR system software.
- Ensure new hire paperwork is completed and processed including background checks and e-verify
- Manage benefit package to include health, life, vision, disability and dental insurance, 401K, and additional benefits as determined a part of the employment packet.
- Update personnel files, process personnel action forms, and ensure proper approval received.
- Track PTO (Paid Time Off)
- Tracking and maintaining internal surveys (i.e. new employee surveys, exit interviews)
- Scheduling interviews and onboarding for new employees
- Timely and efficiently responce to employee requests and needs
- Additional duties to assist the Director of Human Resources
