Compensation: $55–$70/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

• Contribute subject matter expertise to train and refine state-of-the-art AI systems in STEM fields.
• Create complex, research-grounded problems and solutions within your area of specialization.
• Collaborate with AI researchers through structured communication channels.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and depth of technical data and problem design.
• Apply critical thinking and precision to enhance the AI model’s scientific reasoning.

Requirements

• PhD in a STEM discipline (Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, etc.) from a top university.
• Undergraduate education completed in the US, UK, Canada, Europe, or India.
• Strong experience in research and problem formulation within your domain.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in technical documentation.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, flexible environment.
