Position Details

• Position: Hiring Manager
• Type: Hourly Contract
• Compensation: $65-$75/hour
• Location: Remote
• Duration: 4 weeks, with a part-time commitment.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide asynchronous feedback on model outputs and participate in bias-stress tests.
• Map end-to-end hiring workflows and flag bias inflection points.
• Collaborate on the creation of simulated decision-making environments.
• Develop grading rubrics for evaluating decision quality at micro and macro levels.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading Talent Acquisition, ideally with experience scaling teams at Series B–E startups or hyper-growth companies.
• Deep understanding of DE&I best practices, interview loop design, and recruiting enablement tooling.
• Experience managing recruiting strategy across technical and non-technical functions.
