Position: Management Analyst – AI Research Contributor

Type: Hourly Contract (Remote)

Compensation: $150–$215/hour (USD)

Duration: 15–20 hrs/week for 3–4 weeks (extension possible)

Requirements

• Strong professional experience of full-time work experience as a Management Analyst within Professional, Scientific, or Technical Services
• Strong expertise in strategic planning, operational efficiency, financial modeling, and business process improvement
• Proven ability to analyze complex systems and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks)

Role

• Use your real-world experience to design high-quality, domain-specific questions and scenarios that reflect the day-to-day challenges and workflows of Management Analysts
• Ensure content showcases realistic problem-solving, consulting frameworks, and decision-making approaches commonly used in the field
• Validate and refine AI-generated content to uphold standards of accuracy, clarity, and domain relevance
• Collaborate with Mercor project coordinators to maintain content benchmarks and timelines
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
