Compensation: $105/hour

Location: United States

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week (flexible)

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

• Conduct research on the AI, technology, and adjacent industries to identify trends, competitor benchmarks, and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial models to support investment decisions, fundraising strategies, and due diligence processes.
• Draft pitch decks, investor memos, and other fundraising collateral to effectively communicate investment opportunities.
• Assist in the due diligence process for prospective investment partners by evaluating financial statements and market performance.
• Support the investment team with ad-hoc analysis, special projects, and tracking industry trends.

Requirements

• Background in finance, economics, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing).
• Strong professional experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Excel, and financial modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and compelling investor materials.
• Familiarity with the AI/technology sector is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
