Position: Email Specialist

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $50–$90/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

• Assist in AI training workflows by working directly within a Gmail client.
• Follow structured processes with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in email-related tasks.
• Work with digital tools and interfaces, including Gmail, to perform data-related tasks.
• Provide support for AI system development by annotating, processing, or verifying email data and content.
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving workflows.
• Light familiarity with JSON or structured data formats is helpful but not required.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Comfort working with digital tools, especially Gmail (digital native profile).
• Background in STEM or technical disciplines (undergraduates, master's students, or digitally skilled professionals encouraged).
• Familiarity with JSON or structured data formats is a plus, but not necessary.
• A generalist mindset with adaptability to evolving workflows and processes.
