Position: Education & Learning Specialist – AI Trainer

Referral Partner: CrossingHurdles

Type: Hourly Contract (Remote)

Compensation: $25–$250/hour (based on experience and role specialization)

Location: Remote – US, UK, or Canada only

Duration: 10–20 hrs/week, 1–2 months (extension possible)


Requirements: Experience in ANY of below domains will a good fit

  • K–12 Teachers, Special Education Teachers, Middle/High School Teachers
  • Academic & Career Counselors, Coaches, and Advisors
  • Education Administrators (K–12 and Postsecondary)
  • Instructional Designers, Coordinators, and Curriculum Developers
  • Tutors, Health Education Specialists, and Self-Enrichment Instructors
  • Administrative staff in educational settings


What You’ll Do:

  • Design prompt-based questions and real-world scenarios in education, counseling, or administration
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, instructional quality, and realism
  • Help AI researchers understand how educators and administrators make decisions, support students, and lead learning initiatives
