Position: Content Review Expert

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $35-$45/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: Minimum 6 weeks with potential extensions

Commitment: Up to 40 hours/week, flexible and asynchronous

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

• Write challenging, realistic reasoning tasks for AI models and create gold-standard solutions.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for clarity, accuracy, and comprehensiveness.
• Apply strong fact-checking and editing skills to validate and polish AI outputs.
• Analyze content for inconsistencies, gaps, or errors and provide clear, concise feedback.
• Collaborate directly with Mercor coordinators and client research leads throughout the project.

Ideal Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in roles such as technical writing, editing, research analysis, academic editing, content review, legislative analysis, instructional design, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to create Q&A, summaries, or problem-solving tasks for long-form content.
• Skilled in deep reading, rapid synthesis of information, and analytical judgment.
• Excellent written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work fully remotely and asynchronously.
