Job Title-
Cross-functional Intern

Role Overview-
This is not a single-role internship.
This is a full-stack exposure program designed to show you how a modern, high-growth
consumer brand actually runs.
In this internship program, you will rotate across Social Media, Influencer & PR, B2B
Operations, gaining hands-on experience across the entire marketing and customer journey.
You won’t just assist.
You’ll learn how decisions are made, how data is read, how campaigns are executed, and how
real businesses scale.
Responsibilities-
● Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities
● Create content and contribute to marketing and growth strategies
● Analyze and prepare data using analytics and reporting tools
● Coordinate and communicate with B2B partners such as Nykaa, Myntra, Amazon, and
others
● Assist in managing Influencer and PR requirements, campaigns, and timelines
