Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a CRO Strategist based in New Delhi. The CRO Strategist will be responsible for analyzing user journeys across web and mobile experiences, identifying friction points, and designing experiments to improve conversion rates for key funnels such as sign-ups, applications, and inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include planning and running A/B and multivariate tests, defining and tracking success metrics, and collaborating with product, design, marketing, and engineering teams to implement winning variations. The role involves conducting quantitative and qualitative research, such as funnel analysis, heatmap review, user behavior tracking, and user feedback synthesis to inform optimization hypotheses. The CRO Strategist will also create and maintain testing roadmaps, document experiment learnings, and present performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong CRO and experimentation skills, including experience designing and running A/B and multivariate tests, building testing roadmaps, and interpreting test results.
- Data and analytics skills, such as proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel), funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and basic SQL or spreadsheet modeling.
- UX and user behavior understanding, including experience with heatmaps, session recordings, user journey mapping, and applying UX best practices to optimize conversions.
- Digital marketing and product growth skills, including familiarity with landing page optimization, performance marketing funnels, and growth experimentation for web and mobile products.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work closely with product managers, designers, marketers, and engineers, and to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a hypothesis-driven and detail-oriented approach to experimentation and decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in EdTech, marketplaces, or consumer internet products is preferred but not mandatory; familiarity with the K–12 education ecosystem is a plus.
