Objective of this Role
We are looking to hire a
CRO Specialist who can directly impact revenue by optimizing website performance and improving conversion across the customer journey. This is not a reporting or analytics-focused role — we need someone who can identify problems, build solutions, and execute strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
The Candidate Will Take Ownership Of Improving
- Website Conversion Rate (CVR)
- Add-to-Cart and Checkout Completion Rates
- Landing Page Performance (especially for paid campaigns)
- Revenue per Visitor (RPV)
The ideal candidate should be able to identify user drop-off points, understand why they occur, and take complete ownership of implementing improvements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in CRO, Growth, or Conversion Optimization
- Background in D2C, e-commerce, or high-traffic consumer websites preferred
- Strong understanding of funnel analysis and identifying user drop-offs
- Deep knowledge of customer behavior, purchase psychology, and conversion principles
- Proven track record of driving conversion improvements — not just monitoring metrics
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
Note: We are not looking for someone whose expertise is limited to reporting dashboards and analytics tracking.
Tools & Technical Exposure
Candidates Should Have Practical Experience With
- Analytics Tools: GA4, Mixpanel, or similar platforms
- Behavior Tracking Tools: Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or equivalent
- Experimentation Tools: VWO, Customfit, Optimizely, or similar tools
- Basic understanding of UX principles, landing page optimization, and Shopify will be an added advantage.
