Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist

Are you a CRO professional who loves both digging into the data to find the "why" and owning the project plan to get it done?

CRO Gurus is looking for a unique talent to join our fast-moving, fully remote team. This is a blended role for a strategist and an execution manager. You will be the single point of ownership for your client portfolio, responsible for both developing the data-driven optimization strategy and managing the project to deliver tangible ROI.

You will be the client's trusted partner, translating their business goals into a clear testing roadmap while also owning the Asana board, leading the calls, and driving every action item to completion. We use smart systems and processes to accelerate analysis, freeing you up to focus on high-level strategy and building incredible client relationships.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the Strategy: Conduct comprehensive audits of client websites, analyze user behavior, and develop customized CRO strategies and A/B testing roadmaps based on data-driven insights.
• Own the Project: Translate your strategic plan into a flawlessly executed project in Asana. You will manage all tasks, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Own the Relationship: Act as the primary point of contact for your clients. Lead strategic calls, present findings, and build strong, trusted partnerships focused on retention and success.
• Own the Results: Monitor and analyze the performance of all initiatives, delivering regular reports and actionable insights that demonstrate clear business impact.

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience in a CRO role, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Exceptional project management skills; you are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning a project from start to finish. Proficiency with tools like Asana is key.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead client-facing meetings and act as a trusted advisor.
• A deep understanding of web analytics (especially Google Analytics 4), A/B testing platforms, and user research tools.
• A high-ownership mentality and a passion for delivering measurable results.

Compensation:

• Up to $40 per hour for the most qualified profiles.
