Role Description
We are looking for an App & Web Personalization / CRO Analyst who is passionate about optimizing digital experiences across mobile apps and websites through data, experimentation, and personalization. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who wants hands-on exposure to mobile and web experimentation, user behaviour analysis, and conversion optimization.
You will work closely with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams to test, learn, and scale
personalization initiatives that improve engagement, conversion, and revenue across app and web journeys.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the execution of CRO and personalization strategies across Web and App journeys
• Build and manage A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization campaigns using
experimentation tools for App and Web experiences
• Assist in identifying personalization opportunities across landing pages, PDPs, PLPs, checkout, lifecycle
journeys and key conversion funnels
• Analyze user behaviour using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe, heatmaps, and session recordings
• Collaborate with design, product, engineering, and marketing teams to implement test variants
• Track and report on test performance, learnings, and business impact
• Ensure experiments follow best practices (hypothesis-driven testing, statistical significance,
segmentation)
• Maintain testing documentation, learning repositories, and dashboards
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–2 years of experience in CRO, personalization, growth, analytics, or digital optimization
• Hands-on exposure to A/B testing or personalization tools (e.g., VWO, Algonomy, Optimizely, Adobe
Target etc.)
• Basic understanding of conversion funnels, UX principles, and customer journeys
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort working with data
• Familiarity with App and Web Analytics Tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe (events, funnels,
segments)
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
