📢 We're Hiring: CRM - TECH (Leadrat Software) & MIS Executive - Mandatory from Real Estate - MUMBAI
We're looking for a detail-oriented *CRM - TECH (Leadrat Software) & MIS Executive* to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience with *Leadrat CRM* , strong MIS reporting skills, and a background in the *Real Estate industry*, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and allocate leads through Leadrat CRM.
* Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
* Monitor lead distribution, follow-ups, and conversion performance.
* Analyze sales and operational data to provide actionable insights.
* Create reports and dashboards for management.
* Ensure data accuracy and maintain data integrity across systems.
* Collaborate with Sales, CRM, and Operations teams for effective data management.
### Required Skills:
* Hands-on experience with *Leadrat CRM* (Mandatory).
* Strong proficiency in *Advanced Microsoft Excel* (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards).
* Experience in *lead allocation* and *MIS reporting*.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
### Mandatory Requirements:
* *Real Estate industry experience is mandatory.*
* *Hands-on experience with Leadrat CRM is mandatory.*
* Experience in lead allocation and MIS reporting .
📍 *Location:* MIDC, Andheri East
