### Job Summary
We are looking for a tech-savvy MIS / CRM specialist with mandatory experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in LeadRat CRM, AI-powered tools, and CRM automation to drive lead management, sales efficiency, customer engagement, and business growth.
### Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end CRM lifecycle, including lead allocation, tracking, conversion, and customer retention.
* Administer and optimize LeadRat CRM, ensuring data accuracy and effective reporting.
* Monitor sales funnel performance and CRM analytics through dashboards and MIS reports.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to improve customer experience.
* Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline CRM processes, reporting, lead nurturing, and workflows.
* Train teams on CRM best practices and drive process improvements.
### Requirements
* *Mandatory:* Real estate industry experience.
* Hands-on expertise with *LeadRat CRM*.
* Strong proficiency in *AI tools* (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar) and AI-driven automation.
* Excellent knowledge of CRM, lead management, sales processes, and customer lifecycle management.
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- * Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and CRM reporting is preferred.
CTC- 3 LPA - 5.5 LPA
