Job description:
Key Responsibilities
Technical Ticket Ownership
- Own CRM tickets end-to-end, from intake through resolution and validation.
- Diagnose root causes of system issues including bugs, broken workflows, automation failures, and data sync issues.
- Develop and deploy code-based or configuration-based fixes.
- Maintain clear documentation on resolutions and recurring issues.
Development & System Fixes
- Build, modify, and maintain CRM workflows, automations, triggers, and integrations.
- Write and deploy scripts, queries, or API-based solutions to resolve system gaps.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues related to:
- Data syncing
- API integrations
- Workflow automation failures
- User permissions and access logic
- Perform testing (unit + UAT) before deploying fixes to production.
CRM Architecture & Optimization
- Evaluate current CRM structure and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.
- Refactor outdated processes, fields, or automations causing inefficiencies.
- Ensure system design supports accurate reporting and operational workflows.
- Prevent issues by proactively identifying system risks or bottlenecks.
Data Integrity & Governance
- Enforce strict data structure standards (naming conventions, required fields, validation rules).
- Build safeguards to prevent incorrect data entry or unauthorized changes.
- Develop automated data audits and cleanup processes.
- Partner with Analytics to ensure reporting accuracy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Analytics, and Leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Act as the technical point of contact for CRM enhancements and system limitations.
- Provide guidance on best practices for CRM usage and system design.
Process Automation & Innovation
- Identify repetitive manual processes and replace them with automation.
- Build tools, dashboards, or enhancements that improve team productivity.
- Continuously improve ticket resolution efficiency through system improvements.
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
- Must Have: .NET development experience (C# / .NET framework) is required for this role.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively.
- Experience with outbound sales, lead generation, or cold calling is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
