Job description:
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Ticket Ownership
- Own CRM tickets end-to-end (intake → diagnosis → resolution → validation)
- Identify root causes (bugs, workflow failures, automation issues, data sync problems)
- Implement code-based or configuration-based fixes
- Document resolutions and recurring system issues
2. Development & System Fixes
- Build and maintain CRM workflows, automations, triggers, and integrations
- Develop scripts, queries, or API-based solutions
- Troubleshoot issues related to:
- Data synchronization
- API integrations
- Workflow failures
- User permissions and access control
- Perform unit testing and UAT before production deployment
3. CRM Architecture & Optimization
- Analyze CRM structure and recommend scalability improvements
- Refactor outdated workflows, fields, and automations
- Ensure CRM design supports accurate reporting and business operations
- Proactively identify system risks and bottlenecks
4. Data Integrity & Governance
- Enforce data standards (naming conventions, validation rules, required fields)
- Build safeguards against incorrect data entry or unauthorized changes
- Create automated data audits and cleanup processes
- Collaborate with Analytics to ensure reporting accuracy
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Operations, Analytics, and Leadership teams
- Translate business requirements into technical CRM solutions
- Serve as technical SME for CRM enhancements and limitations
- Provide best practices for CRM usage and system design
6. Process Automation & Innovation
- Identify manual processes and automate them
- Build tools, dashboards, and system improvements
- Improve ticket resolution efficiency through system enhancements
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- CRM ticket resolution time (SLA adherence)
- Percentage of tickets resolved without escalation
- Reduction in recurring/systemic issues
- System uptime and error rate
- Automation impact (time saved / efficiency gains)
- Data accuracy and integrity metrics

Qualification and requirements:
- Experience developing within a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or custom CRM)
- Strong understanding of:
- REST APIs and webhooks
- SQL / database querying
- JavaScript, Python, or similar scripting languages
- Experience with workflow automation tools
- Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills
- Understanding of system architecture, data structures, and scalability
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
- CRM development experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or custom CRM)
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and webhooks
- Proficient in SQL and database querying
- Experience with JavaScript, Python, or similar scripting languages
- Experience with workflow automation tools
- Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills
- Understanding of system architecture, data structures, and scalability principles
