Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a CRM Strategist. The CRM Strategist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing customer relationship management strategies. Daily tasks include analyzing customer data to identify trends, creating targeted campaigns to improve customer engagement, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to optimize customer retention. The role also involves evaluating the effectiveness of CRM tools and making recommendations for enhancements.
