CRM Specialist – LeadSquared | Sales Ops | Automation

About the Role
We’re looking for a CRM Specialist who can help build and optimize the systems that power our sales and customer engagement processes.
This role sits at the intersection of Sales Operations, CRM Automation, and Growth Systems. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to manage lead flows, automate communication journeys, and ensure our CRM becomes the single source of truth for all sales activity.
If you enjoy working with CRM systems, automation workflows, integrations, and data-driven sales operations, this role will give you the opportunity to build and scale systems used by large sales teams.
What You’ll Work On
CRM Administration & Automation
Manage and configure CRM platforms such as LeadSquared, HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
Set up and optimize lead routing, lead scoring, and assignment logic.
Build automation workflows for lead nurturing and follow-up processes.
Ensure proper lead lifecycle management and CRM data hygiene.
Sales Operations & Lead Management
Support high-volume inside sales teams by managing lead distribution and engagement workflows.
Improve speed-to-lead, follow-up tracking, and sales activity visibility.
Identify and implement system improvements to enhance sales productivity.
Communication & Engagement Journeys
Configure and manage WhatsApp journeys, Email automation, and SMS campaigns.
Work with sales and marketing teams to build stage-based and behavior-based engagement journeys.
Optimize communication flows across multiple channels.
CRM Integrations & Systems
Manage integrations between CRM and tools such as:
Cloud telephony / dialers
WhatsApp Business APIs
Email & SMS platforms
Marketing automation tools
Ensure smooth data flow between systems and platforms.
Reporting & Insights
Create dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as:
Lead response time
Connect rate
Follow-up adherence
Conversion rates
Support data analysis to improve lead quality, campaign performance, and sales efficiency.
Required Skills
1–4 years of experience in CRM Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Automation.
Hands-on experience with LeadSquared or similar CRM platforms.
Experience managing lead routing, automation workflows, and CRM configurations.
Exposure to dialers / cloud telephony integrations.
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API, Email, and SMS automation.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve operational system problems.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with inside sales teams or lead-driven businesses.
Exposure to CRM integrations with marketing tools or telephony platforms.
Experience supporting large sales teams or high lead volumes.
