Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a CRM Specialist - D2C (FMCG) at Fitspire. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring an excellent customer experience, analyzing customer data, and implementing CRM strategies to drive sales and improve customer retention. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with sales and marketing teams, managing CRM systems, and overseeing related projects to enhance efficiency and performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience and proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Strong Analytical and Project Management skills
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in Sales or working closely with sales teams
- Proficiency in CRM software and data management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the FMCG or health and wellness industry is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
