Role Description The Management Information System (MIS) Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. The role involves preparing, maintaining, and updating daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to support operational and management decisions. Responsibilities include collecting and validating data from multiple sources, analyzing trends and performance indicators, and presenting findings in a clear and actionable format. The MIS Executive will collaborate with operations, finance, and other internal teams to ensure accurate information flow, timely reporting, and process improvements. The role also requires maintaining data integrity in information systems, generating dashboards, and supporting audits and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day back-office operations.
Handle CRM activities and customer/service requests.
Maintain employee attendance records.
Create and process Purchase Orders (PO).
Prepare and verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
Coordinate with vendors and the supply chain team for timely material procurement.
Maintain MIS reports and operational records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
5+ years of experience in Back Office/CRM, preferably in the Facility Management industry.
Experience in attendance management, PO, GRN, and supply chain coordination.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/CRM software.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
