One of the most underleveraged growth levers in healthcare is patient retention. Most healthcare companies have a CRM. Almost none have built a real retention system on top of it. Namoza does. We architect the post-visit experience, the follow-up triggers, and the re-engagement pathways that turn first consultations into lifetime patient relationships and we're looking for specialists who understand that healthcare CRM has fundamentally different logic from e-commerce or SaaS.
The role
You will own CRM implementation and lifecycle marketing execution for Namoza's healthcare clients. Platforms include CleverTap (primary), Salesforce Health Cloud, HubSpot, and ActiveCampaign depending on the client. You're not just building flows, you're designing retention architecture that aligns with clinical timelines, condition management cycles, and patient psychology.
What you’ll do
- Implement and manage CRM platforms (primarily CleverTap / Webengage / Moengage / Active Campaign plus Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive etc) for healthcare clients
- Design patient lifecycle architectures, mapping the journey from first consultation to long-term retention, with trigger logic calibrated to clinical timelines (not arbitrary marketing cadences)
- Build segmentation models that account for healthcare-specific variables: specialty visited, condition category, prescription status, last visit date, test completion status
- Set up event tracking and funnel instrumentation in CRM platforms, work with developers to ensure clean event schemas that power lifecycle automation
- Create and deploy WhatsApp, push, SMS, and email campaigns within CRM platforms, write briefs for content team, QA copy and logic before launch
- Build churn prediction models for subscription health clients, identify early churn signals and deploy intervention sequences at Gates 1, 2, and 3 (Namoza's Retention Cliff Model)
- Develop A/B testing frameworks for lifecycle messaging, message content, send timing, channel mix, and frequency
- Report on retention metrics that matter: Day-7, Day-30, Day-90 retention; reactivation rate; patient lifetime value by cohort
What we are looking for
- 1-3 years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience; healthcare, e-commerce, or subscription business background preferred
- Hands-on experience with at least one CRM platform: CleverTap, Salesforce, HubSpot, or MoEngage
- Understands event-based data models, can design an event schema for patient journey tracking
- Has built multi-step automation flows (welcome series, re-engagement, churn intervention), not just one-off campaigns
- Analytically capable, comfortable building cohort retention tables in Excel, interpreting funnel drop-off data, and translating findings into campaign changes
- Can write a clear campaign brief that covers objective, audience, trigger logic, content direction, and success metric
Good to have
- CleverTap or Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API for marketing automation
- Healthcare CRM experience, patient journey automation, appointment reminder systems, chronic care engagement
