About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with our CRM platform, LeadSquared, to manage leads, automate marketing workflows, and maintain system integrations — helping our team work smarter and convert more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the lead database in CRM, ensuring data accuracy and proper pipeline stages.
- Monitor and update lead statuses, assignments, and follow-up tasks across the sales pipeline.
- Build and execute marketing automation workflows, drip campaigns, and lead nurturing sequences.
- Set up and manage landing pages, forms, and lead capture sources within CRM.
- Assist in configuring and maintaining system integrations with third-party tools (e.g., email, telephony, website).
- Troubleshoot CRM issues and coordinate with CRM support when needed.
- Ensure data hygiene through regular audits, deduplication, and list management.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align CRM processes with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelore's in Tech or MBA is required.
- 0–2 years of experience in a CRM, marketing operations, or sales support role.
- Hands-on experience with CRM is a strong plus (training provided for the right candidate).
- Basic understanding of lead management, sales funnels, and marketing automation concepts.
- Comfortable working with data — organized, detail-oriented, and accurate
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a CRM/marketing operations career.
