Position: CRM Specialist
Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Andheri West Mumbai
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CRM Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to manage, optimize, and maintain the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient CRM operations, improve customer engagement strategies, maintain data quality, and support sales and marketing teams with insights and automation. Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s CRM platform including configuration, user management, and data integrity.
- Optimize CRM workflows, automation, and customer journeys to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure effective use of CRM tools.
- Design and implement dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and governance across the CRM system.
- Manage CRM integrations with marketing automation tools, customer support systems, and other business platforms.
- Support campaign management including segmentation, lead scoring, and customer lifecycle tracking.
- Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and provide user support and training.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for improving customer engagement and retention.
- Document CRM processes, workflows, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Any bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience managing CRM platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools.
- Strong understanding of CRM data structures, segmentation, and campaign management.
- Experience in CRM reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
- Knowledge of CRM integrations, APIs, and marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- CRM certification (Salesforce Administrator, HubSpot CRM certification, etc.).
- Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, or marketing automation platforms.
