Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our CRM software solutions to businesses. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B software sales, a strong understanding of the CRM sales cycle, and the ability to demonstrate the value of CRM solutions to potential clients. This role involves lead generation, product demonstrations, client engagement, and closing sales to achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Identify and generate new business leads for CRM software through cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Understand client pain points and recommend appropriate CRM features to address business challenges.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with product and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, CRM competitors, and product developments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in software sales, preferably CRM or ERP solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and present software products effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-based software sales.
- Previous experience selling to gyms, real estate, education, or service-based industries.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
