Role Overview
As a CRM Sales Intern, you will assist in managing leads, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update customer data in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot)
- Assist in lead generation and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the sales team for client outreach
- Maintain client communication and ensure timely responses
- Track sales activities and prepare reports
- Support in email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach
Requirements
- Candidate should be from Dehradun location.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales and CRM systems
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, LinkedIn, or email marketing is a plus
