Job Summary
We are hiring a motivated CRM Sales Executive who has hands-on experience in selling software products/services, especially CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of customer requirements, lead conversion, product presentation, and sales closure. Candidates with experience in B2B sales, CRM sales, and software solution selling will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities for CRM and software products.
Identify potential clients through calls, emails, networking, and lead follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable CRM/software solutions.
Conduct product demos and presentations for prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for proposal creation, onboarding, and implementation support.
Maintain sales pipeline and update client interactions in CRM.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in software sales / CRM sales.
Strong understanding of B2B sales process.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand business needs and convert them into sales opportunities.
Experience in lead generation, client handling, and deal closure.
Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
Good knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Candidate Profile
1–5 years of relevant experience in software sales.
Experience in selling CRM, ERP, SaaS, or business automation solutions will be an added advantage.
Strong client-handling and relationship-building ability.
Comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups, and business meetings.
Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
