Pacom Pro is looking for a CRM & Sales Coordinator who can take ownership of the complete sales journey, from the first incoming lead to conversion and follow-up.
What You’ll Do
- Handle and respond to incoming sales leads.
- Follow up with potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant automotive services.
- Manage the complete sales process from lead → follow-up → appointment → conversion.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records in the CRM.
- Track pending leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Build strong relationships with customers and drive repeat business.
- Coordinate with the studio/team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Confident, positive and professional attitude.
- Strong convincing and lead-conversion skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over calls.
- Good understanding of CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.
- Interest in automobiles is a strong advantage.
- Someone who is target-oriented and takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
