Role Overview
We are looking for a CRM & Retention Marketing Executive to drive customer lifecycle journeys, improve repeat purchases, and execute targeted engagement campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, and SMS channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute CRM lifecycle journeys (welcome, abandoned cart, win-back, repeat purchase)
- Manage Email, WhatsApp & SMS campaigns
- Work on customer segmentation & personalization
- Improve retention rate, LTV, and repeat conversions
- Execute campaigns using tools like MoEngage / WebEngage / CleverTap / Netcore
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize engagement metrics
- Coordinate with performance, content, and product teams
Requirements
- 1–4 years experience in CRM / Retention Marketing / Lifecycle Marketing
- Experience in D2C / Ecommerce preferred
- Hands-on experience with CRM automation tools
- Strong understanding of customer journeys & segmentation
