Role - Retention Marketing Executive
About the Role
ViralMint Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive Retention Marketing Executive to help drive customer engagement, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value for our D2C and eCommerce clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning and executing retention campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, and CRM platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, execute, and optimize customer retention campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, and CRM channels.
2. Create customer lifecycle journeys including welcome, onboarding, abandoned cart, win-back, post-purchase, and loyalty campaigns.
Segment customer databases to deliver personalized communication and improve campaign performance.
3. Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs such as Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, Repeat Purchase Rate, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
Coordinate with creative, performance marketing, and client servicing teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
4. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, subject lines, and campaign flows to improve performance.
5. Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
6. Stay updated with the latest CRM and retention marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements
1. 1–3 years of experience in Retention Marketing.
2. Experience working with Email Marketing, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push Notification campaigns.
3. Hands-on experience with CRM/Marketing Automation platforms such as Klaviyo, MoEngage, WebEngage, CleverTap, Netcore, HubSpot, or similar tools.
4. Good understanding of customer segmentation, automation workflows, and lifecycle marketing.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
6. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
7. Prior experience working with a Digital Marketing Agency or handling D2C/eCommerce brands will be an added advantage.
