Position Overview
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who loves figuring out how software can optimize a business? We are looking for a CRM Research & Training Intern to become our absolute internal expert on Zoho CRM. This is a specialized "research and learning" role where you will deep-dive into the Zoho platform, master its capabilities, and translate that knowledge to educate and empower our internal teams.
Previous experience with Zoho CRM is a major plus, but a strong appetite for independent learning is what matters most!
Key Responsibilities
- Zoho CRM Mastery: Deep-dive into the ins and outs of Zoho CRM, including its features, automation capabilities, custom workflows, and data management tools.
- Process Optimization: Analyze how our current teams work and identify how Zoho CRM can be customized to make our internal operations faster and more efficient.
- Internal Education & Training: Act as the primary educator for our team. You will lead the effort in teaching and onboarding staff members on how to use the CRM effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain clear, simple, step-by-step training notes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the team to reference.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Software Familiarity: Prior experience using, navigating, or setting up Zoho CRM is highly preferred, though not a strict mandate if you are an exceptionally fast learner.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you must be able to explain technical software concepts in a simple, user-friendly way.
- Analytical & Curious: A strong natural curiosity and an appetite for independent research, troubleshooting, and learning software.
- Tech-Fluent: Extremely comfortable picking up new digital tools, workflows, and database structures.
- Organized: Ability to structure your research findings and present them as clear, actionable training material.
