Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Client Relationship Manager. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. Core responsibilities will include managing client communications, developing strategies to improve the client experience, coordinating with internal teams to address client needs, and identifying opportunities for account growth. The role also involves analyzing feedback to recommend process improvements and ensuring timely delivery of services and solutions tailored to client requirements.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and Client Service skills
- Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Active Listening
- Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities
- Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
- Knowledge of CRM software and tools is preferred
- Adaptability and a results-oriented mindset
- Experience in the real estate industry is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Redevelopment experience or knowledge is required.
- Real Estate experience is a must
