Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled CRM & Power Platform Lead with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to design, develop, and implement scalable business solutions.

Key Skills Required✔ 8+ years of total IT experience
✔ Strong expertise in:
- Power Platform (Power Automate, Plugins)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customization, JavaScript, Business Rules)
✔ Ability to choose the right solution approach
(e.g., Plugin vs Power Automate based on business needs)
✔ Experience in:
- API Testing (Postman or similar tools)
- Debugging & troubleshooting
- Basic technical support activities
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
