Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Operations & Customer Support Specialist to manage day-to-day operational activities while ensuring excellent customer experience and timely issue resolution. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and coordination experience across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution
- Monitor daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow execution
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, chat, or support platforms
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and customer interactions
- Support onboarding, order processing, service coordination, or operational tasks as required
- Track KPIs, turnaround time, and service quality metrics
- Assist in process improvement initiatives for better operational efficiency
- Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of CRM or support tools
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting
- Ability to handle pressure and manage customer expectations
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 4–7 years of experience in Operations, Customer Support, or related roles preferred
