Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused CRM Manager to develop and execute customer relationship strategies that improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. The CRM Manager will oversee CRM platforms, customer communication campaigns, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination to enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty.
Manage and optimize CRM tools/platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar systems.
Design and execute email, SMS, WhatsApp, and customer lifecycle campaigns.
Analyze customer data, segmentation, and behavioral trends to improve campaign effectiveness.
Monitor CRM KPIs including retention, churn, conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and ROI.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to align customer engagement initiatives.
Maintain customer database quality, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management review.
Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Lead CRM optimization projects and vendor coordination when required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
6–10 years of experience in CRM, customer engagement, lifecycle marketing, or related roles.
Hands-on experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in customer segmentation, campaign management, and reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Knowledge of Excel, dashboards, and data analytics tools is preferred.
