CRM Experience in Real Estate Mandatory
Job Description:
Propacity is looking for a CRM Manager – Post Sales to manage the end-to-end post-sales process for real estate clients. The role involves handling customer relationships after booking, coordinating with developers and internal teams, and ensuring smooth completion of all post-booking formalities across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end post-sales activities from booking to possession.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients after deal closure.
- Coordinate with developers, clients, and internal teams for documentation, agreements, and payment schedules.
- Manage and track booking forms, agreements, collections, and client documentation.
- Follow up with clients for payments, paperwork, and project updates.
- Handle multiple real estate projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion of processes.
- Address and resolve client queries and post-sales concerns.
Requirements:
- Real estate experience is mandatory.
- 2–5 years of experience in CRM / Post-Sales within the real estate industry.
- Strong communication, coordination, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
