## π― *Role Overview*
SpazioLiv is looking for a proactive *CRM & Customer Experience Specialist* who will be responsible for managing the *entire customer journey* β from post-sale onboarding to *design stage coordination, execution support, escalation handling, and post-delivery retention*.
This role ensures *high customer satisfaction, smooth communication, and long-term relationship building*.

### π€ *Customer Journey Management*
* Act as the *single point of contact* for customers after project closure
* Manage communication from *design stage β execution β handover*
* Ensure a smooth, transparent and professional client experience

### π *Customer Support & Query Handling*
* Handle all *customer queries, concerns & requests*
* Provide timely updates on *project progress, timelines & deliverables*
* Maintain clear communication between client and internal teams

### β οΈ *Escalation Management*
* Proactively identify and resolve *client issues and escalations*
* Coordinate with *Design, Operations & Procurement teams* for quick resolution
* Ensure minimal delays and high customer satisfaction

### ποΈ *Design & Execution Coordination*
* Stay aligned with *Design and Operations teams* during project lifecycle
* Ensure commitments made to clients are tracked and fulfilled
* Support in maintaining *timeline discipline and communication flow*

### π *Post-Sales & Customer Retention*
* Manage *post-handover follow-ups and customer engagement*
* Build strong relationships for *referrals, repeat business & retention*
* Track customer satisfaction and feedback

### π *CRM & Reporting*
* Maintain detailed *customer interaction records in CRM*
* Track *customer issues, resolution timelines & satisfaction levels*
* Generate reports on *customer experience & retention metrics*

## π― *Requirements*
* 3β7 years experience in *CRM / Customer Success / Client Servicing*
* Experience in *interior / real estate / service industry preferred*
* Strong communication, problem-solving & coordination skills
* Ability to handle *customer pressure and escalations professionally*
* Process-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
