Role Purpose
The CRM Manager will be responsible for managing the organizationβs CRM system, maintaining customer database integrity, improving customer engagement and driving revenue growth through data-driven customer lifecycle management and automation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. CRM System Management
β’ Own and manage end-to-end CRM platform operations.
β’ Maintain customer database accuracy, hygiene and segmentation.
β’ Ensure proper data entry, validation and standardization across departments.
β’ Manage user access, workflows and system configurations.
2. Customer Lifecycle Management
β’ Design and execute customer lifecycle journeys (lead β conversion β retention β loyalty).
β’ Monitor customer engagement and interaction history.
β’ Implement retention and re-engagement strategies.
3. Campaign Management & Automation
β’ Plan and execute automated campaigns via Email, WhatsApp, SMS and other digital channels.
β’ Create targeted customer segments for marketing initiatives.
β’ Track campaign performance and optimize conversion rates.
4. Analytics & Reporting
β’ Monitor key CRM KPIs such as:
o Lead Conversion Rate
o Customer Retention & Repeat Purchase Rate
o Churn Rate
o Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
o NPS (Net Promoter Score)
β’ Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports.
β’ Provide actionable insights to sales and management teams.
5. Integration & Coordination
β’ Integrate CRM with POS, sales, marketing and other business systems.
β’ Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams for data alignment.
β’ Support sales teams with lead tracking and follow-up mechanisms.
6. Process Improvement
β’ Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
β’ Develop SOPs for CRM usage and data management.
β’ Train internal teams on CRM best practices.
Required Skills & Competencies
β’ Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar).
β’ Data analysis and reporting skills.
β’ Customer segmentation and campaign automation knowledge.
β’ Strong communication and coordination skills.
β’ Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Educational Qualification
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or related field.
β’ MBA (Marketing/Operations) preferred.
