Role Description
This is a full-time, Remote - CRM Manager role based in Hyderabad. The CRM Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships and improve customer retention. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer behavior, managing CRM campaigns, segmenting markets, driving sales opportunities, collaborating with marketing and sales teams, and ensuring projects are efficiently executed with measurable results.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess customer patterns and drive data-backed decisions
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client and team interactions
- Experience in Sales and Market Segmentation to identify and target key customer groups
- Proven ability in Project Management for managing multiple campaigns or initiatives simultaneously
- Comprehensive understanding of CRM platforms and tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the SaaS or technology sector is beneficial
