About the Role
Slikk is hiring a CRM & Lifecycle Lead to own retention, repeat orders, order frequency, and demand shaping across existing users.
This role will be responsible for building and scaling lifecycle journeys across WhatsApp, push notifications, in-app, and other CRM channels. You’ll work closely with Growth, Category, Creative, Product, Analytics, and Performance teams to convert existing users better and improve repeat growth.
We’re looking for someone who is structured, analytical, campaign-first, and user-first, with strong ownership of CRM execution and lifecycle strategy.
What you will do
- CRM strategy across WhatsApp, push, in-app, and lifecycle channels
- Repeat orders, existing user orders, order frequency, and winbacks
- CRM calendar for drops, sales, events, collections, and category pushes
- Lifecycle journeys: cart abandonment, browse abandonment, wishlist, post-purchase, winback, reactivation
- User segmentation by lifecycle stage, category affinity, purchase behaviour, discount sensitivity, and frequency
- Demand shaping for hero SKUs, collections, sale events, and inventory-backed campaigns
- In-app banners, growth collections, campaign merchandising, and offer targeting
- Campaign setup, QA, scheduling, reporting, UTM hygiene, and offer checks
- Weekly CRM reporting with clear insights and next actions
We’re looking for
- 4+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, retention, or growth marketing
- Experience in ecommerce, fashion, marketplace, D2C, quick commerce, or app-first businesses
- Strong understanding of retention, repeat, cohorts, segmentation, funnels, and lifecycle journeys
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, WhatsApp, push notifications, in-app campaigns, or marketing automation platforms
- Ability to work with Category, Creative, Product, Analytics, and Growth teams
- Strong campaign planning, execution discipline, and analytical thinking
- High ownership and ability to move fast with multiple campaigns running in parallel
Good to have
- Experience with fashion, beauty, lifestyle, marketplace, or high-SKU catalog businesses
- Understanding of Clevertap / MoEngage / WebEngage / Netcore / similar CRM tools
- Experience building automated lifecycle journeys
- Experience with cohort-based discounting and offer personalisation
- Understanding of app events, segmentation, deep links, and CRM attribution
