Job Title: CRM Executive / CRM LeadLocation: Bijwasan, Delhi (On-site)
About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and result-driven CRM professional who can manage customer relationships, support sales operations, and ensure excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, be target-oriented, and capable of driving team performance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the CRM system with accurate and updated data
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution
- Support the sales team in lead management, follow-ups, and conversions
- Monitor daily activities and ensure targets are achieved
- Lead and guide the team to improve performance and productivity
- Ensure timely follow-ups with customers and internal teams
- Generate and maintain MIS reports for management review
- Analyze data to identify gaps and improve processes
- Coordinate between sales, operations, and support teams
Requirements- Strong experience in CRM management, sales support, or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership ability to manage and drive a team
- Target-driven mindset with strong execution skills
- Good knowledge of MIS reporting and data handling
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools
