We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented CRM intern to manage client interactions, ensure seamless coordination, and deliver an excellent post-sales experience.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Respond to all client queries and ensure a smooth and professional client experience at every stage.
- Coordinate with photo editors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage timelines to ensure timely delivery of final outputs.
- Address client concerns or dissatisfaction promptly and professionally.
- Ensure issues are resolved while maintaining client trust and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with senior management to provide appropriate resolutions.
